We contacted Advanced Property Solutions who were extremely efficient in providing us with a breakdown of the works needed to rectify the problems we were having with poor drainage. Their quote was very clear and fair. The team were punctual and ensured that the job was completed within the timescale quoted. They even undertook additional work which was not included in their original quote and did not charge for it. The materials supplied are good quality and the team ensured that the site was left clean once work was completed. Overall we are very pleased with the work carried out by this company.
